Do I need to be home when you clean the yard?
- No, as long as our team has safe and clear access to your yard (e.g., unlocked gates, no aggressive pets unconfined), we can perform the cleanup while you are away. We’ll make sure the gate is securely latched when we leave.
How often should I have my yard cleaned?
- Most single-pet households prefer our weekly service to keep the lawn healthy and odor-free. For multiple dogs, we recommend twice-weekly visits, while one-time cleanups are great for special events or move-outs.
What do you do with the dog waste after collecting it?
- We double-bag all waste and haul it away with us so it never sits or smells in your personal trash cans.

What is your policy on dogs in the yard during service?
- If your dogs are friendly and comfortable with strangers, they are welcome to be out! If your dog is protective or aggressive toward outside visitors, we kindly ask that they remain inside during our scheduled visit time.
What happens if my gate is locked or blocked?
- If we cannot access your yard upon arrival, we will attempt to reach you. If we can't gain entry, we'll need to reschedule, and a trip fee may apply. You can also provide us with a gate code or key location in advance.
How do you prevent cross-contamination between yards?
- Sanitation is top priority. We clean and disinfect our tools and footwear with a veterinary-grade sanitizer after every single job.

Are there any long-term contracts?
- No long-term contracts required. You can pause, adjust, or cancel your recurring service anytime with 24 hours' notice.
What happens during bad weather?
- We work through light rain! In the event of severe weather or storms, we will notify you and either reschedule or pick up double the waste on your next scheduled visit.
